Autumn Season (September - October - November)

Autumn season is the peak season for tourism in Nepal for all kinds of adventure activities. The weather is clear to view the natural vistas and the temperature is moderate and the sky is almost clear.

Winter Season (December - January - February)

Winter season is not the favorable season for high passes trekking as there is heavy snowfall and chilling cold weather. so, it is recommended for the lower altitude trekking trails below 3600m like Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, Jomsom Muktinath Trek, Ghandruk Village Trek, Langtang valley trek and Everest panorama trek.

Spring Season (March - April - May)

Spring season is another best season for tourism in Nepal. The nature is colorful with the blooming flowers of several species and the high adventure activities like peak climbing and expeditions are operated during these months.

Summer/Monsoon (June - July - August)

The summer season or monsoon season is not favorable for trekking in Nepal. Most of the trekking agencies do not prefer for trekking to high altitude but you can trek to the rain shadow area like Upper Mustang, Dolpo, Narphu Valley that are the best trekking destinations during monsoon season.
