Spring Season from March to May

June - July - August - Mid of September (Monsoon Season)
From June to mid of the September is the monsoon season in Nepal and off season for trekking in Nepal. But there will be trekking to Upper Mustang and Annapurna Circuit as these are the rain-shadow areas of Nepal.
